Hope someone else has a clue where to start, as > i'm completely lost with this level of stuff. Dying that early is rather odd if you definitely built the Xen and XenLinux images at the same time. I wonder if it is due to the size of the initrd (unlikely, as a 16MB initrd isn't *that* big and we often test with an initrd). Might be worth trying to boot without an initrd and see if the boot gets further.
