I have now amended the licensing terms for the files below, as noted at the top of each file concerned. I also added a clarifying COPYING file to the root of the repository. Any files that you have derived solely from any version of the files below are also subject to the new license (this also includes versions you may have taken from within a different version of Linux, including v2.4).
