[Xen-cim] Xm-test / cim provider review

I looked at the functionality of xm-test and how it could be matched up to the providers.  I am attaching a spreadsheet that highlights my findings to date.  Please correct/update as you see fit.  I will start coding away on the ones I know need to be done.
