[xen staging] xen/kexec: Style fixes

commit 505f2bda519d309103c8febc5ee49e4252d69643
Author: Andrew Cooper <andrew.cooper3@xxxxxxxxxx>

CommitDate: Tue Jun 30 16:46:42 2026 +0100

    xen/kexec: Style fixes

Adjust kexec and kimage to more closely adhere to Xen style.

Sort the includes, dropping duplicates (kexec.h) and unused (ctype.h and
    kernel.h).

    No functional change.
