[xen staging] x86/cpuid: use fallthrough pseudo keyword

    x86/cpuid: use fallthrough pseudo keyword
    
    The current comment making explicit the fallthrough intention does
    not follow the agreed syntax: replace it with the pseduo keyword.
    
    No functional change.
