    travis: Add checkpolicy to the list of packages
    
    Since c/s 41b61be1c "xsm: add a default policy to .init.data", checkpolicy 
is
    required for the hypervisor build if randconfig decides to enable XSM.
    
    Identified by a Travis randconfig run:
