Initial patch to support IPv6

This patch is based on some work by BenV / JuNe
(http://notes.benv.junerules.com/all/software/xen-and-routed-ipv6/). It needs
to be tested and refined, but illustrates how to add IPv6 support to the routed
network initialization scripts.
