Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
Now we are using xl for testing, and we found xl save/restore was fail. After
restore, guest network was broken. And i need to restart the network to let it
work again.


Reproduce steps:
----------------
1.install lastest xen-unstable(22653)
2.start guest.
3.use xl save to save guest
4.use xl restore to restore guest

Current result:
----------------
Guest network was broken

Expected result:
----------------
Guest network is ok
