Dulloor Rao posted a NUMA v2 patch series in Xen-devel on 01 August 2010. The
patch series needs to be rebased so that they will apply cleanly to
xen-unstable. The patch series seem to support domains running on HVM but not
pvops (needs NUMA enlightenment).
