Can you show example? I have same problem too. 2xOpteron 2356 (quad core). In
xentop I see Dom0 vcpus=8, guest Dom vcpus=8, In Windows server 2008 I see only
4 processors...    Xen 3.2.2, Debian etch, Xen compiled from sources...
