If this bug is still occurring with up-to-date Xen (basically xen-unstable or a
recent 3.2 release) then please post some specific details about the setup,
workload, and precise symptoms.  

I'll emphasize that we do *not* see this regularly. In fact I don't think we've
seen it in any of our regular tests on a wide range of hardware in a very long
time.
