http://bugzilla.xensource.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1138

Summary: GARTInit: unable to open (dev/agpgart (no such device)
           Product: Xen
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: x86
        OS/Version: Linux-2.6
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Hardware Support
        AssignedTo: xen-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
        ReportedBy: antonio.gonzalez@xxxxxxxxxx

hello all, sorry for my english, i don't speak english very well, ok this is my
problem: the agpgart module don't init when i boot the dom0. I have the
previous kernel (without xen) and with this kernel the agp is loaded at the
boot.

dmesg: "Linux agpgart interface v0.102"
       "agpgart:detected an Intel 965GM Chipset)"
        .....
But with the dom0, dmesg:"Linux agpgart interface v0.101 (c) dace Jones" but
nothing else...

i think that there is a problem with the sources of xen, linux-2.6.20-xen-r6.

in the dom0, when i run starx i see this problem:

(EE) GARTInit: unable to open (dev/agpgart (no such file or directory)
(EE) intel(0): Failed to allocate framebuffer. Is your VideoRam set to low?
(EE) intel(0): Failed to allocate framebuffer. Is your VideoRam set to low?
(EE) intel(0): Failed to allocate framebuffer. Is your VideoRam set to low?

i try to remove the agp drivers in the kernel, i try to load these as modules
but nothing the device /dev/agpgart don`t appears (with de previous kernel
appears), this is the reason for i think that is a problem to the sources of
xen kernel...

P.D: i try too to load as modules (modprobe) to create the node (mknod -m 666
/dev/agpgart) but nothing...

thanks

thanks...
