Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
boot win2000 guest on PAE will cause guest hang at the point as the
attachment(see the attachment).No matter up/smp , no matter acpi/noacpi.


Reproduce steps:
----------------
prepare a win2000 img and a configure ,then boot it as a guest
