http://bugzilla.xensource.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1098 ------- Comment #1 from ian.marlier@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 2007-10-29 16:09 ------- There is a confirmed workaround for this issue. By changing the clocksource of Dom0 from "xen" to "jiffies", the issue appears to be eliminated. After doing so, I was able to run burnin testing in dom0 and three domU's for 72 hours without any errors. This change is made by doing echo "jiffies" > /sys/devices/system/clocksource/clocksource0/current_clocksource Note that although the error messages appeared from all of the clocksources on the machine (clocksource/0, clocksource/1, etc), changing only the current_clocksource for clocksource0 was enough to fix this. The others were unaltered. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.xensource.com/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee. _______________________________________________ Xen-bugs mailing list Xen-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xensource.com/xen-bugs
