What I am really concerned about is that the Dom0 crashes at 39.4Mbps iperf
traffic  without actually saturating its CPU (only 80-90% CPU utilization).....

Note: I am not sure if the DomU crashes as well since the Dom0 crash will
anyway bring down the DomU ??
