On this machine even localhost is refused to talk to relocation port.
If enabled (xend-relocation-hosts-allow '') in /etc/xen/xend-config.sxp (allow
all hosts connect to relocation port),  local live migration works.

Some info about the test machine:
32bit FC5
python 2.4
harwitch + Paxville 
8GB mem
