I'm closing this bug since it looks like the original problem may have been
fixed.  If anyone objects to this or thinks that further investigation is
necessary, please just holler ;-)

Kevin: do you still have your problem with loopback devices?  It's not really
part of this bug, so if it's still an issue could you please either create a
new bug on post on the xen-users list.  One thing I'd suggest is that if the
block loop driver is compiled into your kernel you'll need to add arguments on
the kernel command line not in modprobe.conf.
