It still freezes with the current 3.0.4-testing (running 2.6.16.38 kernel).

I didn't have any backtrace. Perhaps the freeze and "soft lockup detected on
CPU#0" were not related in my case (I only seen the backtrace+freeze once).

I'm gonna try with Xen-unstable now (2.6.18 kernel).

#4: I don't use iptables on that box.
