It's possible this is a manifestation of the spurious irq problem that effected
certain motherboard IOAPICs. In which case, using the xen-unstable tree may
well solve your problem. This will be released as 3.0.3 in due course. I
believe Novell already pulled this workaround into SLES10 Xen.
