I have a guest defined with 3 vdbs, one is an actual partition on the host, the
other two are 5MB files.  Often when starting the guest, one of the vbd do not
make it to state 4.  I am, however, able to delete then and attach the vbd
manually after the guest is up using xm block-* commands.
