The errors are not occuring with the new tests that Jim Dykman wrote and I added
HVM support for. The errors are happening with 13_create_multinic_pos.py, which
has been in the tree for some time.

I'm sorry, but I need to learn reading skills. I saw the 13_ and didn't even see
the rest of it.

This bug isn't with the new network tests, they don't fail at all.
