Now I tested it on another machine and the behaviour is the same.

The Linux kernel is started and then the system reboots.

xen3, Linux 2.6.15 and the config is
http://creme.schottelius.org/~nico/linux/debug/xen/linux-2.6.15-klapperwachstum.config

I'll try to find out at which point it reboots, any hint for debugging this 
issue
are appreciated.
