Can you please provide the following information so we can replicate your setup.
 We do have the Optiplex GX280 available to us to test.

- OS distro and release.

- Relevant BIOS settings.
- /var/log/xend and /var/log/xend-debug contents.
- xm dmesg output
- dmesg (dom0) output

Content of:
- /proc/cpuinfo
- /proc/modules
- /proc/ioports
- /proc/iomem
- 'lspci -vvv'
- /proc/scsi/scsi
- 'ethtool eth0'

Other relevant information as you feel appropriate.
