x86_64 build breaks on FC4 platform (works on SLES 9). Using BK source pull,
lastest ChangeSet  2005/06/07 12:46:09+01:00 kaf24@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
  Clean up the domain_page.h interfaces. One common header file
