In latest bk tree version 1.1677(42a312b3NoXLv1fa_qVHaQXgt_JhLw), we can start
no-smp dom0, but failed to start 32-bit VMX Domain. Only a small windows showed
and no output in it.

By adding ' PARMETER="$PARMETER -std-vga" ? to device-model, we can start vmx
domain.
