I am experiencing the problem on all 3 drivers.  

The problem only occurs if the system is up for a certain length of time and
domU has been started and loged into.  I have not determined the exact length of
time, but seems vary depending on system load.  If I start domU and compile a
new kernel (5 minutes or so), the hang will occur every time.
