In xen-unstable, there should be partial support for CD-ROMs.  I posted a patch
a that faked out Xen enough to expose a block device as a CD-ROM.   The Linux
driver side isn't so bad.  Really, it's just a matter of deciding how the
control tools should expose something as a CD-ROM.

I'll start-up a thread on xen-devel to see if we can get this worked out.
