Also, there are two to three types of Xen-ARM, that support different boards.

Coming to the paravirtualized Xen, you can work with a code and detailed explanation on ARM FMEs.

Xen-ARM Wiki has a procedure in brief.

Xen-ARM with PV and mini-OS is available for armV5 and can be used to work on QEMU.

Last thing I knew, and is already posted by Stefano Stabellini, is about the work that is being carried out by them[many] on cortex-A15 CPU.
