[Xen-API] local domid of PV guest inside its kernel (prefered) or userspace

Hi
Is there any way to get the domid of the running PV Guest?
For example if from dom0 I have created a guest with domain id 42, I
need to get this domid number (not hardwired) either in guest userspace or guest kernel.
