[Xen-API] [XenServer6.5]: USB ports (Intel Corporation 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller) not working

Hi ALL,

1: USB ports not working using the Xenserver6.5 installing, getting stuck at keymap selection due to USB keyboard not responding

 but it can work on xenserver6.2 

pls: 

lspci | grep USB

00:1a.0 USB controller: Intel Corporation 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller #2 (rev 05)

00:1d.0 USB controller: Intel Corporation 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller #1 (rev 05)

do somebody can give me some advice for xenserver6.5 install ?

[My debug]:

i have try the https://bugs.xenserver.org/browse/XSO-248, but can not fix it.
