Hi all,

the process to confirm Jon would be for the currently listed committers 
as per http://www.xenproject.org/developers/teams/xapi.html, these are
* Jon Ludlum
* Simon Rowe
* Keith Petley
* Paul Durrant

to confirm Jon through a vote. Voting happens by replying
"+1" in favour
"0" abstain
"-1" against (with explanation)
