Unfortunately not, I also have a thread going on the citrix forums which hasn't gone anywhere:

My attempts to get citrix to help out via support have ended with "sounds like an OS issue which we don't support", rather frustrating.

If any xen developers are interested in some paid contract work to help resolve this, please contact me!
