[Xen-API] Send CTRL+ALT+DEL button not working

Hi Experts,

I have a XCP/XAPI infrastructure. I have recently migrated a Windows VM from another server running XCP/XAPI to this server. Now the Send CTRL+ALT+DEL button does not work. The VM does not have IP and it is not able to connect via RDP too.

Could you please let me know how to resolve this?
