Oh, apologies - I had forgotten about the extra mode in the installer which 
makes it not include the closed source options. I have a suspicion I know 
what's happening here, and will see if I can reproduce - in the meantime if you 
want to try without XCP mode (where you will get the closed source libraries 
included, however all features are still free to use), that will likely work 
for you.
