[Xen-API] UPS on XCP 1.6

Hello all,
Hope this is the right list.
Has anyone successfully used a Trip Lite UPS with XCP 1.6?

I've followed these instructions http://wiki.xen.org/wiki/XCP_NUT, with some 
exceptions.

Our Config files..

1. ups.conf
[su1500]
    driver = usbhid-ups
    port = auto
    desc "main UPS"
    sdtype = 1


2. ups.users
[admin]                                                                         
                                                                                
    password  = vVE69V_4vx                                                      
                                                                                
    allowfrom = localhost

    actions = SET                                                               
                                                                                
    instcmds = ALL
upsmon master


3. upsd.conf
ACL all 0.0.0.0/0
ACL localhost 127.0.0.1/32

ACCEPT localhost
REJECT all

Our UPS
Tripp Lite SU1500RTX
http://www.tripplite.com/en/products/model.cfm?txtSeriesID=934&txtModelID=5037

The device is listed as working and stable at 
http://www.networkupstools.org/stable-hcl.html

Here are the errors I get.

Driver not connected
May 21 14:49:39 DOMA-XCP upsmon[30709]: Communications with UPS 
su1500@localhost lost
May 21 14:49:44 DOMA-XCP upsmon[30709]: Poll UPS [su1500@localhost] failed - 
Driver not connected
May 21 14:49:44 DOMA-XCP upsmon[30709]: UPS su1500@localhost is unavailable
May 21 14:49:49 DOMA-XCP upsmon[30709]: Poll UPS [su1500@localhost] failed - 
Driver not connected

Also when I run upsc su1500
I get Error: Driver not connected


Any help would be greatly appreciated!
