Yes - that works for me. I am able to run it on a 64 bit Wheezy!

I don't know much about ocaml dependencies. If I want to run this binary on 
another machine, what dependencies would I need to carry over?

For builds - it would be super cool if there was libxen-api-dev that would 
bring down all the right dependencies and tools needed to build xen-api.
