Hi,

I tried to digest the posts in the thread and looked into this Citrix's KB:

Let me clarify, I must doing these steps:
- install XCP 1.6 from the beginning
- install hotfix XS61E009 and hotfix XS61E010, then I have two version 
of xs-tools iso in my host (standard and legacy)
- import W2K3R2 VM
- make sure there is no XCP 1.1 Standard Tools or XCP 1.6 Standard Tools 
in it
- install XS61E010 Legacy Tools into W2K3R2 VM
- and I have to do this on each W2K3R2 VM

I would try first.
