In xcp 1.1 its working.

 --> touch /etc/xensource/allow_multiple_vdi_attach

 --> xe vdi-create virtual-size=$((1024*1024*1024)) sr-uuid=xxxxxxxxxxx sharable=true type=user name-label="yyyyy" sm-config:type=raw

  Then create  VHDs for required VMs on this shared VDI.
