[Xen-API] Trouble exporting VMs and creating VMs

I have a resource pool with all VMs located on the same SR. I can
start existing VMs but cannot create any new VMs or export any
existing VMs. The error message in XenCenter is just "the export
failed". I'm unable to find any useful messages in any of the pool
members. I'm not sure what to do here. Any ideas?
