[Xen-API] VDI.resize_online

Hi all,

Does anyone know the prerequisits for VDI.resize_online on XCP 1.6?  
I'm using an iSCSI SR, and it gives SR_OPERATION_NOT_SUPPORTED 
regardless of guest OS type or tool installed.  I don't recall having 
this issue on older versions, but I could be wrong.  Did this feature 
get disabled at some point?
