Incorrect SR setup. Use sr-probe to get proper SCSIid and:
OR recreate SR (data loss)
OR recreate PBD's with data from sr-probe.

PBD recreation (sr recovery) easily googlable.

 

It's a fresh install, I haven't configured anything yet. I just installed XCP and tried to create a repository on a hardware hba...
