[Xen-API] xcp-xapi instllation error

Hi,

I am new to XCP and I am trying to install xcp-xapi package on fresh copy of Ununtu 12.04. I am following blow links for the installation and post installation settings.

Here is the console output. At the end you can see this error
Error: Connection refused (calling connect )
Waiting for xapi to signal init complete

After reboot the system, when i run command  for example "xe vm-list" it show same connection refused error
