Because xe on local host use file socket, and all network management
(including slave-master communications in pool) happens via network.

After the vm start, 'xe console-list' didn't show the vm. When i tried to shutdown the vm by xencenter, vm took more than 20minutes but couldn't be shutdown. Force shudown didn't work too. It appeared that xcp-xapi the host was down too. But the other hosts in the pool work well. What is the problem ?&
