Well, the normal reply to 'everything
is freezes' is silence.
Start from dmesg from dom0, than /var/log/messages,
/var/log/daemon.log, /var/log/xensource.log, /var/log/SMlog. Post
it to some external site (like pastebin) together with pool
configuration (xe vm-list params=all, xe sr-list params=all, xe
vdi-list params=all, xe pbd-list params=all).

other vms which are para or non-nfs based are running fine.
every time they freezes i manually force restarted them by
