Hi Xu,

The dependency you need is in xen-api-libs, which has a bunch of helper
libraries that xapi depends on. The wiki that you linked to had you
install those libraries as an RPM; that's what the xapi-libs-devel
package is. Take a look at http://github.com/xen-org to find xen-api-libs.
