[Xen-API] xcp-squeezed post install failure

I am running into this bug on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xen-api/+bug/1004028
Would greatly appreciate it if someone could suggest a workaround. 
I did try using Ubuntu 11.01 but that doesn't seem to have the xcp-xapi package
