[Xen-API] [xcp-xapi] Feature request: allow use hostname in host-evacuate

Good day.

Right now in cycle of maintenance (host-disable, host-evacuate,host-reboot) only host-evacuate require to use host UUID. host-disableand host-reboot allows to be used with hostname (e.g. xe host-reboothost=foorbar-1).


May be adding this to host-evacuate will make admins life little easier?
