The vncterm tries to use /usr/share/qemu/keymaps but in Ubuntu this
file is found in /usr/share/qemu-linaro/keymaps instead. Make a
softlink from /usr/share/qemu-linaro to /usr/share/qemu and try
again.

Yah, exactly, that's what I figured it out from
http://wiki.xen.org/wiki/XCP_toolstack_on_a_Debian-based_distribution

Hi, what's your configuration?
Have you disabled xend and xendomains? DO you use bridge or openvswitch?

Yah, xend need to be disabled:

sed -i -e 's/xend_start$/#xend_start/' -e 's/xend_stop$/#xend_stop/'
/etc/init.d/xend
update-rc.d xendomains disable

And use bridge instead of openvswitch.

Did you use the apt repos they proposed on wiki (I did)?
I mean:

        apt-get install python-software-properties
        add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-xen-org/xcp-unstable

TIA
