Have you disabled xend and xendomains? DO you use bridge or openvswitch?Yah, xend need to be disabled: sed -i -e 's/xend_start$/#xend_start/' -e 's/xend_stop$/#xend_stop/' /etc/init.d/xend update-rc.d xendomains disable And use bridge instead of openvswitch. Did you use the apt repos they proposed on wiki (I did)?
