No it's not publicly available, although all of the build scripts are. The 
'build from source' instructions haven't migrated from the old xen wiki to the 
new, but I'll fix that up now.

The discussions about kronos are mostly happening on the IRC channel #xen-api 
on freenode - I would encourage you to log on there to chat about this!
