[Xen-API] kronos - xe template-list empty / default-sr

Hi guys,

So i installed "kronos" on Ubuntu 11.10 (Really Linux Mint 12.0)
following the guide and using the ubuntu repos


deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-xen-org/xcp-unstable/ubuntu oneiric main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-xen-org/xcp-unstable/ubuntu oneiric main

as written, ive gotten all the packages installed and successfully
configured and rebooted
all appears good, though trying to create an instance from a template

xe template-list appears empty like there are no templates

i did an apt-cache search xcp
and found some xcp packages

so then...

apt-get install xcp-guest-templates xcp-vncterm xcp-storage-managers
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
xcp-guest-templates is already the newest version.
xcp-guest-templates set to manually installed.
xcp-vncterm is already the newest version.
xcp-vncterm set to manually installed.
xcp-storage-managers is already the newest version.
xcp-storage-managers set to manually installed.

any ideas.....

secondly i have an lvm on /dev/mapper/test-builder on /usr/builder
type xfs (rw,nosuid)

can i use it for the default sr , and if so how to map it
